At our online store www.batteryprize.com you will find a plethora of options for your car, inverter and generator batteries to regions across India. We have products from all the leading brands like Amaron, Exide, SF Sonic, Microtek etc. The batteries that we sell here are sourced from the authorized dealers and the suppliers of the respective battery manufacturers. The products sold at our online store come with a warranty and a bill from the respective manufacturer. The prices shown are all inclusive of the additional charges. So, there are no such hidden charges or extra service taxes to pay. Thus, the deliveries and shipment are done for free.

Note: Without showing the original warranty card and the invoice copy of the manufacturer, no warranty claims will be entertained. In case of unavailability of the warranty card, a copy of the original bill must be handed over for warranty purposes.

Order Placement and Delivery Timings

• Orders can be placed as per the convenience of the customers. However, the orders placed before 5 in the evening will be delivered on the same day.
• In case the order gets placed after 5 pm, we do not guarantee same day delivery. But, the order will surely reach your doorsteps by the next morning.
• Once the order has been booked, customers will get notified through an Email about the details of the shop along with the contact details.
• The battery is generally mounted within 1 to 4* hours.
• It depends on the availability of the customers, availability of the service engineers, availability of the ordered product and distance from the delivery shop to the address where the battery has to be installed.

Delivery Conditions

• All products sold at Galaxy Batteries comes with a warranty and a bill by the respective manufacturer.
• As already mentioned above, the products are free of delivery charges except for the conditions already mentioned on the website.
• The prices mentioned on the site are fixed and included all the additional taxes or other charges.
• A delay of more than 4 hours might happen due to some emergency like bad weather, traffic, political issues, or unavailability of the ordered product.
• Three attempts will be made by us to deliver the product. If not received, it will be cancelled at our discretion.

Installation Policy

Customer can place the order online 24x7, Days a Week. After placing the order, customers will get confirmation call from battery expert team for address, Contact and model of the battery. The customer will also get a call from the delivery shop regarding the installation of the battery. Usually, we take 2-4 Hours for delivery and installation for the battery from the booking time.

Orders received for Car Batteries after 6:00 PM may be/may not be delivered same day, depending on technician availability, battery model availability in stock, distance from the delivery shop to the customers delivery address. If it is not delivered same day it will delivered the next day ASAP after proper communication with the customer. Delivery starts 10:00 AM onwards every day. However, unavoidable reasons are always subject to delivery of product.

Services Offered

We provide a certain number of online services through our website. One of them is giving car and inverter batteries. As soon as you place your order, we are ready to deliver the product to you at your door, and you are just responsible for making the payment after you receive the product or take up the service.

• The installations are done within 9 in the morning to 9 in the evening if the order has been confirmed by our verification manager after placing the order.
• The installation service is also free and is done by experts.
• In case of combo offers, i.e. inverter battery as well as machine installation, the free installation will stay limited only to the mains supply. Any additional cost due to additional wiring or any other electrical accessory like sockets, switches, wire, etc. will not be covered by us. These additional charges will be paid by the customer in case of any extra work or electrical item is required.
• In case of installation above the ground, i.e. in case, there is no elevator in the building an amount of Rs. 200/- only has to be paid as a labour charge.
