Warranty or Replacement Policy & Registration

All products sold on Batteryprize are 100% genuine and have different warranties as per the respective product specification. Manufacturer of the product (Exide, Amaron, Dynex, Microtek, Luminous, Sukam, Powerzone, SF Sonic, Okaya, MtekPower, Boss etc.) is solely liable for any promises and warranties made out on the said product. And the manufacturer's decision over the warranty claim shall be final and binding to the customer.

For commercial vehicles, only 12 months warranty battery is made available by the manufacturers.

Please Note: No warranty claims will be entertained without the ORIGINAL WARRANTY CARD & INVOICE COPY. In some cases if the manufacturer does not provide or has done away with issuing the physical Warranty Card, then it is recommended to register the battery Serial No. with respective manufacturers' website accordingly. However the INVOICE COPY is also to be preserved for Warranty purposes.

We offer Return/Replacement within 7 days of delivery of the order. In the event that a damaged product is received, it must be reported to us on priority within next 24 business hours.

Guidelines for Returns & Replacement:

  1. Item is physically damaged /defective.
  2. Varies from the description on the website.
  3. Wrong item delivered.
  4. Wrong quantity.
  5. Missing parts/accessories.

6. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from batteryprize.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon the delivery to the carrier by the vendor/merchant/affiliate.

How to Claim Warranty on any Product during the Warranty Period?

  1. 1. Make sure you have the original bill & warranty card.
  2. 2. Warranty card is necessary for warranty claim, in case of loss of warranty card the respective manufacturer has the right to reject the said warranty claim.
  3. 3. Call the customer care no. of the respective manufacturer and provide details related to your product and the problem you are facing.
  4. 4. The manufacturer's service team will schedule an inspection to diagnose and resolve the issue and will provide the product's service report copy.
  5. If the on-site service is not available then the manufacturer may guide you to the nearest authorized dealer/distributor.
  6. 5. Warranty claims as per company's norms, Please read warranty cards for further details.
  7. a) Caution:-Over Charged & Damaged Batteries shall be dated out of warranty as per manufacturer's policy.
  8. 6. You'll need to present the original bill & warranty card and handover a copy of each to the service personnel.


For orders with old batteries exchange, the old batteries should be of the same 'Ah' rating as the one you are ordering. The old batteries discount shown with the product listing will not be applicable in case the old batteries is of lower 'Ah' rating than the batteries you’ve ordered, For orders where old battery’s 'Ah' rating is lower, the discount will be lower than the discount shown with the product listing and vice-versa. For simplification if the old batteries returned is of lesser capacity, as compared to the new batteries to be purchased, the likely differential amount to be paid extra by the customer is under mentioned-:-
